Important Information

• ⚠️ Due to new Australian regulations, please check whether your phone model is listed on the Australian Mobile Telecommunications Association (AMTA) supported device list before using an Australian data SIM card. Otherwise, you may not be able to connect to the internet. 
• Once your order is completed, the system will send the QR code to the email address you provided within 10 minutes.
• The purchased data must be activated within 30 days of the scheduled departure date.
• On your departure day or upon arrival at your destination, connect to the local airport Wi-Fi and scan the QR code to activate the eSIM (if your trip crosses over to the next day, make sure to scan only after arrival). eSIM activation must be done while connected to the internet. If you scan the QR code outside the intended usage area and it causes connection failure, no refunds will be provided.
• Data usage is calculated based on Taiwan time (GMT+8) from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 per day. Any partial day will be counted as a full day.
• Only works with eSIM-compatible mobile phones; cannot be used with Wi-Fi hotspot devices.
• To use 4G service, your phone or device must support the required 4G frequency bands.
• Network service depends on the designated network provider’s coverage, system compatibility, and other network-related factors. Actual data speed may vary depending on current network conditions, hardware, software, or other circumstances. Unless otherwise specified, the system will automatically assign a network provider based on availability.
• This product does not support ChatGPT or TikTok.
• Each eSIM can only be scanned and downloaded once to a single device. Once downloaded and bound to a device, do not change or delete it. Misuse that renders the eSIM unusable will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
• Subject to Fair Use Policy (FUP) — telecom providers may throttle speeds for customers with unusually high data usage over a short period.
• This eSIM cannot be recharged.
